Deadline Extended: Have You Registered All of Your Trucks that Enter California?
The California Air Resources Board (CARB) is extending the Clean Truck Check reporting deadline to January 31, 2024, to allow vehicle owners additional time to complete their initial fleet reporting and meet the 2023 compliance fee payment requirements.
To access the reporting database to complete your reporting requirements, please visit the California Clean Truck Check, Vehicle Inspection System (CTC-VIS) Portal.

All ICE Commercial Vehicles traveling Into CA are required to report, even those registered in Idaho!
All registered vehicles entering CA will be required to submit emissions testing regularly. Once per year in 2024, Twice in 2025 & 2026, and 4 times per year after that.
Violations: Potential civil penalties of $1,000 to $10,000 per day are in place for strict liability.
