Driver Distraction: With the recent appointment of a new Idaho State Police Colonel, we’re preparing to tackle distracted driving and other critical trucking concerns directly with state leadership.
Lawsuit Reform: While Idaho has protective caps, we know many of you operate across state lines. The ATA along with state associations is actively pursuing reforms to address lawsuit hotspots, protecting your interests.
Insurance Costs: Our new safety subscription offers critical data to help you lower insurance costs by showcasing your safety record—an essential tool in today’s market.
Truck Parking: We participated in the ITD’s truck parking study and took it further, identifying problematic local codes that restrict essential services for truckers. ITA is pushing back to ensure your access to food, fuel, rest, and repairs.
