The Idaho Truck Driving Championships were held May 6-7 at the ISP training track.
To qualify, a driver competes in one of the equipment categories. The categories are:
- Straight Truck
- Three-Axle Tractor-Semitrailer
- Four-Axle Tractor-Semitrailer
- Five-Axle Tractor-Semitrailer
- Sleeper Berth
- Tank Truck
- Flat Bed
- Twin Trailers
- Step Van
To be eligible, a driver must remain accident free, regardless of fault, for one year prior to NTDC.
